CHIA collects employee compensation reports annually from acute hospitals. The Top Ten Highest Compensated Employees Report will be used by CHIA for regulatory, policy development, and informational purposes.
Hospitals must submit their data in accordance with 957 CMR 9.00 and the filing requirements set out in the Top Ten Highest Compensated Employees Report Filing Instructions and User Guide, which can be found on this page.
Hospitals must submit the compensation report through https://chiasubmissions.chia.state.ma.us, the CHIA Submissions platform. To register to submit a compensation report, each individual user filing for an organization must complete and sign a Business Partner Security Agreement Form and a User Agreement for Hospitals.
