Submission Deadline

  • Filing submissions are due annually on August 15th for the calendar year two years prior. For example, the filing that reflects calendar year 2024 information will be  due by August 15, 2026.

Overview

CHIA collects employee compensation reports annually from acute hospitals. The Top Ten Highest Compensated Employees Report will be used by CHIA for regulatory, policy development, and informational purposes.

Hospitals must  submit their data in accordance with 957 CMR 9.00 and the filing requirements set out in the Top Ten Highest Compensated Employees Report Filing Instructions and User Guide, which can be found on this page.

 

Filing Application

Hospitals must submit the compensation report through https://chiasubmissions.chia.state.ma.us, the CHIA Submissions platform.
